摘 要:将精制血府胶囊和血府逐瘀胶囊水溶液,给家兔灌胃1周,每日1剂,末次灌胃2h后心脏采血。将血清加到缺氧缺糖心肌细胞(MC)中,结果显示:两药均可显著提高缺氧缺糖MC的3HLeu掺入率(P<0.01),并有一定的量效关系,前者又明显优于后者(P<0.05),前者还明显提高缺氧缺糖MC的3HUR掺入率(P<0.01),且有一定的量效关系,后者却无明显影响。表明两药均能提高缺氧缺糖MC的蛋白质合成,前者作用更明显;前者还显著提高缺氧缺糖MC的RNA合成。这可能是两药保护缺血心肌细胞的机制之一。The influence of Refined Xue Fu Capsule (RXFC) and Xue Fu Zhu Yu Capsule (XFZYC) on myocardiac cell RNA,protein RNA and protein synthesis under the condition of hypoxia and glucose deficit were observed. The methods were: RXFC and XFZFC were given to the experimental rats by stomach pouring for 1 week, once a day, and after 2 hours since the last pouring, blood was fetched from the heart of rats. Then the serum was put to the myocardiac cells (MC) under the condition of hypoxia and glucose deficit. It was found that RXFC and XFZYC markedly increased the synthesis rate of 3 H Ieu to MC. (P <0.01),and dosage effect relation was observed; the effect of RXFC was more obvious than that of XFZYC.( P <0.05) It was found that RXFC also increased the synthesis rate of 3 H UR to MC. ( P <0.01), with dosage effect relation. This effect was not observed in XFZYC group. The results showed that both RXFC and XFZYC can promote the protein synthesis of MC lacking hypoxia and glucose. RXFC also can improve the RNA synthesis of MC with hypoxia and glucose deficit. This may be one of the mechnisms by which the two prescriptions protect MC from ischemia.
