桂枝蒸馏液对离体灌流鼠心缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘　　要：观察桂枝蒸馏液对Ｌａｎｇｅｎｄｏｒｆｆ大鼠心脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果表明：桂枝蒸馏液（１．５ｍＬ／Ｌ）能降低再灌注室颤发生率，改善心功能，如恢复心率、提高心室最大收缩速率及左室功指数，同时伴心肌摄氧量增加。其作用机理为抑制心肌缺血再灌注时冠脉流量的减少及心肌细胞乳酸脱氢酶和磷酸肌酸激酶的释放，减少心肌脂质过氧化产物的生成，提高超氧化物歧化酶活力。提示桂枝蒸馏液对缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用，其作用机理可能与抗脂质过氧化作用有关。Langendorff methed was utilied to observe the effects of distilled fluid of Cinnamom twig (DFC) protecting the isolated hearts of rats from ischemia and re perfusion damage.It was found that when the hearts were perfused with DFC ( 1.5 ml/L), the rate by which vevtricular fibrillation occured during re perfusion was decreased, and the cardiac functions were improved, for instance, arrhythmia was reduced, dp/dt max and the left ventricular functional index were increased. These changes were accompanied by increase of oxigen volume intaken by the myocardiac cells. The mechnisms of the effects may be that DFC inhibited the decrease of coronary blood circulation during re perfusion, inhibited the releases of lactate dehydragenase (LDH) and Phosphocreatiase of the myocardiac cells, reduced the formation of lipid perioxidizer and increased vatality of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the myocardiac cells. The results suggest that DFC has the effect of protecting the heart from re perfusion damage, and it may be associated with that DFC can resist lipid perioxidization.
