不同剂量卡托普利对高血压胰岛素抵抗干预研究

摘　　要：本文通过45例高血压病（实验组）口服糖耐量（OGTT）及胰岛素（IS）释放试验观察，旨在了解高血压病胰岛素抵抗双不同剂量卡托普利对高血压胰岛素抵抗及胰岛素敏感性指数的干预．结果发现，实验组空腹血糖与对照组相仿．糖负荷后，于60、120、180min较对照组明显增高（P值分别＜0．05、＜0．05、＜0.01）．而IS各时值明显高于对照组CP值分别为＜0.05、＜0.05、＜0.05、＜0.01）。胰岛素敏感性指数明显低于对照组（P＜0．01）。随机将实验组分为A、B、C三组，分别以37.5、75、100mg／d卡托普利进行治疗26周，自身对照，结果显示，各组血糖及IS各时值均有不同程度降低，胰岛素敏感性指数升高，经统计学检验，显示B组优于A、C二组。To research insulin resistance and observe the effects of Captopril on this resistance and insulin sensitive index, oral glucose to1erance and insulin rdlease tests were performed in 45 patients with hypertension. The results showed that the concentration of insulin was higher and insulin sensitive indexeslower in the experiment group. The different dosage of Captopril (37. 5mg/d, 75mg/d, 100mg/d)was administered in experiment group for 26 weeks, It was indicated that the concentrations of blood glucose andinsulin were lower and the insulin sensitive indexes higher. Patients taking Captopril (75mg/d)showed thebetter effect
