微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石65例

摘　　要：目的观察微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术(MPCNL)治疗输尿管上段结石65例的疗效。方法采用MPCNL治疗65例经保守治疗或体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)无效的输尿管上段结石。结果全部病例一期或二期手术成功,术后1个月结石清除率为100%。结论微创经皮肾镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石疗效肯定。[Objective] To evaluate the curative effects of upper ureteral stones by means of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrohthotripsy （MPCNL）. [Methods] 65 patients with upper ureteral stones who failed to be managed with conservative therapy or ESWL, were treated by MPCNL. [Results] In the 65 cases, the stones were cleared off at the first or second stage, and the stone clear rate was 100% one month postoperatively. [Conclusion] MPCNL is believed to be a minimal invasive and good effective method for the treatment of upper ureteral stones.
