前列腺素 E_1 与川芎嗪治疗慢性肾功能不全 60 例疗效观察

摘　　要：用前列腺素Ｅ１与川芎嗪联合治疗６０例慢性肾功能不全患者３周，发现其舒张压、尿蛋白、尿ＦＤＰ均较治疗前及对照组减少，尿量及尿钠排泄则明显增加，肾功能代偿期与肾功能不全期的血肌酐及尿素氮较对照组显著降低，说明两药的联合使用能延缓早、中期ＣＲＦ病情的进展。patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) received treatment of prostaglandin E 1 and ligustrazine.The results suggested that after 3 weeks of therapy diastolic pressure,urinary protein and fibrin degradation product (FDP) all decreased,urine volume and natriuresis increased.Treatment group showed similar responses as compared with control group.During both compensatory and insufficient stages of CRF,serum urea nitrogen and creatinine became lower in treatment group than that in control group.Those observations indicated that the drugs delayed the progress of CRF.
