略论主动交代的认定及完善

摘　　要：主动交代是指党员在违纪以后自动如实地向有关组织交代党纪处分条例所规定的违纪事实的行为。认定一般主动交代应具备两个条件,即自动交代和如实交代,而在认定特殊主动交代时应认真把握几个相关问题。文章最后提出两点改进意见,以便进一步完善主动交代制度。This paper elaborates the content of Active Explaination, which denotes that the Party member should automatically and actually take an explaination to the organization of the Party about the relevant facts after he has disobeyed the Party Discipline Regulations. The article tries to give an account of the General Active Explaination which should have two conditions： Automatic Explaination and Actual Explaination; in the meantime, it inquires a number of problems that will occur in the course of affirming the Special Active Explanation. At last, the article puts forward improvement measures to improve this system.
