摘　　要：本文应用了风险模型的损失分布及其估计方法,在分析社会医疗保险医疗赔付模式下,根据定点医院相关数据对风险模型的损失分布进行了实证分析和估计。并采用蒙特卡罗方法进行了数据仿真。According to the social health insurance claim pattern,the paper analyzes the characteristics of expenditures data, a loss distribution of hospital in social health insurance is estimated with the risk theory and estimate method, thereby, a series of simulation indicating that the estimate of result is more effective.
