摘 要:地下商场的火灾风险评价能有效地预防和控制火灾事故的发生。综合考虑地下商场火灾特点及其影响因素的模糊性,选用模糊综合评价法,从地下商场的防火能力、灭火能力、安全疏散能力及安全管理能力4个方面分析了地下商场消防安全的影响因素,确定了比较完整的地下商场火灾风险评价指标体系,并建立了相应的模糊综合评价数学模型。最后,应用模糊综合评价法及所建立数学模型对绵阳某地下商场的消防安全水平进行了分析,评价结果与实际情况吻合,说明该评价方法在地下商场火灾风险评价方面具有良好的适用性。It is very important to carry out fire risk assessment on underground emporium to prevent and control fire efficiently. Based on scientific and comprehensive principles, the fuzzy integrated evaluation method was adopted to analyze all the influencing factors on fire safety of the underground emporium from fire-resistant ability, extinguishing ability, the capability of the safety evacuation and the security administrator' s ability, while taking the characteristics of the underground emporium fire and the vague character of the affecting factors into account. Furthermore, a fire safety assessment index system on underground emporium and the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were founded. Finally, the fire safety assessment index system and the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were applied to an underground emporium of Mianyang. The evaluated results accord with the fact very well and indicate that the model and the evaluation method chosen here are appropriate to fire risk assessment on underground emporium.
