摘  要:[目的]探讨不同蒸制时间制首乌对亚急性衰老大鼠抗衰老作用,并探讨最佳蒸制时间.[方法]取Wistar系大鼠,随机分为正常组、模型组(每日给予D-半乳糖50mg/kg)、人参皂苷组(每日给予人参皂苷100mg/kg,D-半乳糖50mg/kg)、生首乌组(每日给予生首乌4.5g/kg,D-半乳糖50mg/kg)、黑豆汁制首乌0,2,4,6,8,10h(蒸制时间)组(每日给予制首乌4.5g/kg,D-半乳糖50mg/kg),均连续给予42d.末次给药后采血,测定血清乳酸脱氢酶活性,剖取胸腺及脾脏,称取胸腺及脾脏质量.[结果]不同蒸制时间黑豆汁制首乌组大鼠血清乳酸脱氢酶活性均显著低于模型组,胸腺及脾脏质量均显著高于模型组.[结论]黑豆汁制首乌可延缓D-半乳糖所致大鼠的衰老.OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-senile effects of the Polygonum miltiflorum Thunb. (PMT) of the different steamed times in subacute senile rats. METHODS Wistar rats were randomly divided into ten groups with a half of female or male: normal group, model group (D-galactose, 50 mg/kg per day), ginsenoside group (100 mg/kg, D-galactose, 50 mg/kg per day) 8, 10 h of PMT by steamed with bean groups for 42 , PMT by steamed without adjuvant group and 0, 2, 4, 6, days and LDH activities of serum were assayed and weights of thymus and spleen was measured, respectively. RESULTS After injection of D-galactose, the activities of LDH was decreased by the PMT of the different steamed times with bean groups. The weights of thymus and spleen were both increased in PMT by steamed with bean groups. CONCLUSION PMT of the different steamed times has a obvious anti-senile effect. However, 10 h of PMT by steamed with bean was the best steamed time .
