朝鲜族和汉族人群高血压及其亚型的分布特征

摘　　要：[目的]了解延边地区朝鲜族和汉族人群高血压及其亚型的分布特征.[方法]以本地区30～70岁朝鲜族和汉族常住居民3011名为研究对象,比较分析高血压亚型在延边地区不同民族及年龄间的分布状况及其特征.[结果]朝鲜族和汉族人群高血压粗患病率分别为46.5%,34.0%,年龄调整后的标准化患病率分别为37.2%,31.4%,朝鲜族人群显著高于汉族人群.在高血压人群中,随着年龄的增长,单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)和收缩期高血压合并舒张期高血压(SDH)的比例显著增高,而单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)的比例显著降低.朝鲜族和汉族60岁以下年龄组高血压患者中ISH所占比例分别为8.3%,10.6%,IDH分别为37.8%,38.8%,SDH分别为53.9%,50.6%;朝鲜族和汉族60岁以上年龄组高血压患者中ISH所占比例分别为20.3%,30.6%,IDH分别为16.9%,13.2%,SDH分别为62.7%,56.2%.[结论]延边地区高血压及其亚型的患病率呈现明显的民族间差异,且在高血压人群中不同亚型所占的比例亦存在民族间差异.高血压人群中随着年龄的增长,ISH和SDH的比例显著增高,IDH的比例显著降低,且以SDH为多见.OBJECTIVE To compare the distribution of hypertensive subtype in the Korean-Chinese（KC） and Han nationality（H） of Yanbian area. METHODS A total of 3 011 subjects aged 30-70 years were selected. Hypertensive subtype was defined as isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）, isolated diastolic hypertension（IDH）, combined systolic/diastolic hypertension（SDH）. RESULTS The crude rate of hypertension of KC was 46.5 %, while that of H was 34.0%, and the age adjusted prevalence was 37.2% and 31.4%, respectively. The crude and the age-adjusted prevalence of hypertension in KC were significantly higher than those in Han. ISH and SDH were progressively higher and the IDH progressively lower with the increases of age. Among KC of age （ 60 years, the proportion of ISH, IDH and SDH were 8.3%, 37.8% and 53.9%, respectively, and that of H were 10.6 %, 38.8 % and 50.6 %, respectively. In contrast, among KC of age ≥60 years, the proportion of ISH, IDH and SDH were 20.3%, 16.9% and 62.7, respectively, and that of H were 30.6%, 13.2% and 56.2%, respectively CONCLUSION The distribution of hypertension and its.subtype among KC and H were significant difference, and the proportion of ISH, IDH and SDH has significant ethnic differences. ISH and SDH are progressively higher and the IDH progressively lower with the increases of age, and the combined systolic/diastolic hypertension is more frequent in this area.
