西方社会保障制度改革对我国的借鉴意义

摘　　要：我国的社会保障制度建设起步比西方国家要晚,目前仍然处于不断的摸索之中。2004年,我国宪法修正案明确将"国家建立和发展社会保障制度"写入其中,开启了社会保障制度建设的新篇章。借鉴西方国家社会保障制度建设的成败得失,必将对我国社会保障制度建设的最终成功,实现社会和谐有重要意义。The social security system of China was developed much later than that of western countries, and is still in the process of being perfected. In 2004, the provision of ＂establishment and development of social security system of China＂ was written into the Amendment of Chinese Constitution, turning a new leaf of social security system construction. In this case, it is of great significance for China to learn from western security system reform so as to build successfully the national social security system and achieve social harmony.
