摘  要:目的比较温石棉与纤维水镁石矿物粉尘对肺泡巨噬细胞体外细胞毒性来评价纤维水镁石的安全性。方法采用体外细胞培养技术,测定细胞死亡率、乳酸脱氢酶及超氧化物歧化酶活力、细胞膜流动性、丙二醛含量,采用光学显微镜以及扫描电镜观察肺泡巨噬细胞形态变化。结果温石棉及纤维水镁石均产生了肺泡巨噬细胞毒性。结论作为温石棉代用品的纤维水镁石对肺泡巨噬细胞的作用也并不是绝对安全的。Objective To study the cytotoxicifies of chrysotile and fibrous brucite on pulmonary alveolar macrophages, and to evaluate and compare the security between the two minerals. Method Rabbit pulmonary alveolar macrophages were cultured in vitro, the cell death rate, malandialdehyde (MDA), lactate dehydrogenate (LDH), membrous fluidity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the cultured cells of different groups were determined, and the cell shape changes were observed by scanning electron microscopy and light microscopy. Result Chrysotile and fibrous brucite had similar degrees of cytotoxicity on pulmonary alveolar macrophages. Conclusion Fibrous brucite, as a substitute for chrysotile, might not be absolutely safe according to the result of this experiment.
