摘　　要：近几年国家加大了对高校贫困生的资助力度,但缺乏行之有效的贫困生认定办法影响了贫困生资助的效果。要对贫困生认定进行新的构想:根据谁申请谁举证的原则提供证明材料,提出明确的建档条件和标准,对拟建档学生进行资格审查并提出建议名单,经班级民主评议、异议申诉、公示后进行建档,同时对贫困档案进行动态管理。Our country strengthened the subsidy of the university poor student in recent years, but the lack of the effectual cognizance method of the poor student influences the result of the subsidy of the poor student. So, the article put forward a new visualize for the cognizance of the poor student that according to the principle that if someone want to apply the qualify of the poor student he who should offer the proof materials, put forward the specific filing conditions and standard, checkup the qualification of the applied student and raise the suggestion list, the class appraising the list in a democratic way, the dissented student appealing, then the administrative office announce the last list and filing and carry on the dynamic management to the poor student file at the same time.
