摘　　要：大学生思想政治教育要开创新的局面,就必须以科学发展观为指导。树立科学的大学生思想政治教育工作使命观,牢固树立服务学生的理念,以开放、民主的姿态开展大学生思想政治教育,创新大学生思想政治教育手段,实现教育方式的现代化,以学生自我教育为根本,培养自己做主、自己负责、自己管理的道德品格和行为能力。To open the new situation, the college student＇s idea and political education must regard the scientific development view as guidelines. We should establish the scientific work view of the college student＇s idea and polities education, and the idea of serving students firmly, carry out the college student＇s idea and political education with openness and democratic posture, innovate the education means of the college student＇s idea and political, realize the modernization of the educational way, regard the student＇s self-education as it at all, and train the morals character and capacity of the student to make decision themselves, be responsible for themselves and manage themselves.
