摘　　要：奥尔特加在1930年就预见性地提出了让所有的人都接受高等教育、以文化教学为第一要务、作为精神力量的大学等高等教育思想。以奥尔特加的大众社会理论为视角,从上述三个方面对他的高等教育思想进行解读,以期能深刻理解其思想的起源。In 1930, Ortega anticipated putting forward the education thought that all people should accept the high education, the culture teaching as the fundamental mission, and the university acting as spiritual power. From the visual angle of the theory of mass society, the article unscrambles his education thoughts from three aspects that mentioned above, which expected to comprehend the origin of his thoughts.
