摘　　要：从蜜柑草PhyllanthusmatsumuraeHayata的干燥全草中分得6个多酚类化合物，经理化常数测定和光谱解析，分别鉴定为老鹳草素（Ⅴ），柯里拉京（Ⅵ），短叶苏木酚酸（Ⅶ），鞣范酸（Ⅷ），没食子酸（Ⅸ）和原儿茶酸（Ⅹ）。这些化合物均首次从该植物中得到。经体外及体内抗肿瘤筛选，柯里拉京显示较强的抗癌活性。Six polyphenolic compounds were isolated from Phyllanthus matsumarae Hayata. On the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis, their structures were indentified as geraniin (Ⅴ), corilagin (Ⅵ),brevifolincarboxylic acid (Ⅶ),ellagic acid (Ⅷ),gallic acid (Ⅸ)and protocatechuic acid (Ⅹ). All of them were isolated form this plant for the first time. Corilagin showed anti-cancer activity in vitro and vivo.
