摘 要:煤粉的高压超浓相气力输送是大规模煤气化技术的关键技术之一。在输送压力可达4MPa、管路固气比可达660 kg/m3的气力输送实验台上进行实验,考察不同的输送压力、输送差压、流化风量、充压风量、补充风量、煤粉含水率等条件对煤粉质量流量、固气比、表观气速等输送特性参数的影响。结果表明:采用较高的输送压力、较大的差压、合理的风量与含水率较低的煤粉更有利于实现高压超浓相的气力输送。High-pressure super dense-phase pneumatic conveying of pulverized coal is one of the key techniques met with in large-scale gasification. Experiments have been carried out in pneumatic conveying experimental rig, the conveying pressure of which can reach 4 MPa and the solid to gas ratio in the pipe can reach 660 kg/m3 , Investigates were the influence of conveying pressure, conveying pressure difference, amount of fluidizing gas, amount of pressurized gas, gas replenishment and the pulverized coal' s water content etc on the conveying parameters like the pulverized coal' s mass flow, the soild to gas ratio and the apparent gas velocity, Results show that relatively higer conveying pressure and pressure difference, a reasonable gas flow and lower moisture content of the pulverized coal are all favourable for realizing high-pressure super-dense-phase pneumatic conveying.
