摘 要:采用催化剂失活模型、SCR烟气脱硝反应过程数学模型,对计及催化剂失活的SCR反应器的设计进行了模拟分析,并对设计方法进行了讨论。结果表明:在SCR反应器设计中,只要氨逃逸在允许的范围内,尽量采取较大的氨氮摩尔比,以减少催化剂的用量;随着催化剂活性下降,脱硝效率下降,氨逃逸随之上升,要在催化剂失活的过程中仍能保证脱硝效率,必须增加催化剂量;所需的催化剂量可以根据催化剂更换周期及预测的催化剂活性保持期来确定。A simulation analysis of SCR denitrification reactor design, which takes into account the catalyst' s deactivation, is made by adopting both a catalyst deactivation model and a mathematical SCR denitrification process model. The design method is moreover being discussed, Results indicate that as far as the ammonia slip is kept within the permitted range, SCR reactors should be designed for a higher ammonia to nitrogen molar ratio whenever possible, to reduce the consumption of the catalyst. Denitrification efficiency drops and ammonia slip consequently increases with decreasing catalyst activity. To ensure good denitrification efficiency during the deactivation process of the catalyst, more catalyst has to be taken. The amount of catalyst required can be determined according to the catalyst' s replacement period and expected activation life span of the catalyst.
