新风胶囊对类风湿性关节炎患者的疗效及肺功能生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药新风胶囊对类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者的疗效及对其肺功能、生活质量的影响。方法:将40例RA患者按随机数字表分为新风胶囊实验组(20例)和正清风痛宁对照组(20例),观察两组的疗效及治疗前后肺功能、生活质量、临床症状体征、实验室指标的改善情况。结果:两组总有效率相比无显著差异,但治疗组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组IC、MVV、FEF25、FEF50、PEF均明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),对照组MVV、FVC明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。其中,MVV实验组较对照组改善程度更明显,实验组治疗后FEF25、FEF50、FEF75、PEF的均值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后,两组生理功能积分、心理功能积分、健康自我认识能力积分均明显降低(P<0.01),实验组社会功能积分明显降低(P<0.01),而对照组较治疗前无显著差异(P>0.05);其中生理功能积分、社会功能积分、生活质量总积分等部分指标,实验组较对照组改善程度更明显(P<0.01)。结论:中药新风胶囊通过抗炎消肿止痛,调节免疫,能全面改善RA患者关节局部症状,降低炎症活动性指标,还能改善RA患者肺功能。同时,也能改善生活质量,其综合作用优于正清风痛宁缓释片。Objective ： To observe treatment effects of XinFeng Capsule and it＇ s influence on pulmonary function and quality life in patients with RA. Methods： 40 cases of RA were divided into two groups according to random number table. The treatment group（ n =20） was treated with XFC and the control group（ n =20）was treated with Zheng qing feng tong ning tablet. The targets included treatment effects, pulmonary function, life quality, clinical symptom and index of experiment. Results： There were no significant differences between two groups in total effective power,but the excellence ratio of the treatment group were higher than the control group. After treatment, IC, MVV, FEF25, FEF50, PEF of treatment group were increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） and MVV, FVC of control group were increased significantly （ P 〈0.05 orP 〈0.01 ）. And the treatment groups were improved more remarkably on MVV than that of the control groups （ P 〈0.05 orP 〈0.01 ）. And the level of FEF25 ,FEF50,FEF75 ,PEF of treatment group was higher than control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, accumulate points of phyological function, psychology function and self - assessment of health were decreased significantly（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Accumulate points of social function were decreased significantly in thetreatment groups（ P 〈 0.01 ） ,but there were no significant differences in the control groups（ P 〉 0.05）. And the,treatment groups were improved more remarkably on accumulate points of phyological function points andsocial function and whole poits of life quality（ P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion： Xinfeng Capsule can improve jointsymptoms entirely and decrease inflammation activity index through resisting inflammation, eliminatingingswelling, relieving pain and regulating immune. It can also improve pulmonary function. In the meantime, itcan improve the general life quality in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and its general effect is better thanzheng qing feng tong nin
