摘 要:目的:确定蝉拟青霉多糖的最佳提取纯化工艺。方法:用苯酚—硫酸紫外分光光度法测定蝉拟青霉多糖含量,采用正交实验设计,以多糖含量为指标,优化蝉拟青霉多糖水提取和醇沉淀工艺。结果:蝉拟青霉多糖水提取最佳条件:加水量1:7,提取时间1h,提取次数3次;醇沉淀最佳条件:水提液浓度0.15g生药/mL,醇浓度60%,醇沉时间72h。结论:优化的蝉拟青霉多糖水提醇沉工艺简便、合理、可行。Objective: To select the optimum extraction and depuration procedure for polysaccharide from Cordyceps cicadae. Methods : UV - Spectrophotometry was selected to determine the content of polysaccharide. By orthogonal test design, to select the optimum procedure of extraction with water and precipitation with alcohol. Results: The optimum extraction procedure was medical material decocted lh with 7 times of water and 3 times and the optimum depuration procedure was the solution was concentrated to 0. 15g Cordyceps cicadae per milliliter and precipitated 72h with 60% alcohol. Conclusion: The optimum extraction and depuration procedure was simple,resonable and reliable.
