蜂胶左金胃三联不同剂量对大鼠毒理作用及肝的病理影响

摘　　要：目的:考查蜂胶左金胃三联临床应用的安全性。方法:采用蜂胶左金胃三联净膏,分150倍剂量、100倍剂量、50倍剂量、25倍剂量、常量5个不同剂量组和空白对照组,对大鼠灌胃,观察其活动、进食、排泄及对肝的病理影响,以及致死情况。结果:经实验观察空白对照组、常量组、25倍剂量组大鼠活动、进食、排泄及肝的病理均无改变;50倍以上剂量组有相应改变。结论:蜂胶左金胃三联常量至25倍以下临床应用基本上是安全的。Objective ：It was necessary to approve clinical security of Propolis -Zuojin - Gastric Triad for accomplishing＂ Propolis - Zuojin - Gastric Triad anti - HP infectivity gastritis of clinical study with experiment＂ that project was supported by Yunnan province Natural Foundation. Methods ： Propohs - Zuojin - Gastric Triad was made spiss paste according to determinate proportion, and adopted large （ 150 times of common dose） ,medium（ 100 times of common dose）, small（50 times of common dose）, common dose feeding to white rat respectively, besides observed action,bite and sup, drainage of white rat and acute toxicity reaction and pathology change of liver of white rat. Results ：It all had no change that action, bite and sup, drainage of white rat and acute toxicity reaction and pathology change of hver of small - dose white rat ; but it had changed that of large - dose and medium - dose white rat. Conclusion ： It is security that Propohs - Zuojin - Gastric Triad in clinical common dose.
