紫癜颗粒核心方的主要药效学研究

摘　　要：分别从外周血小板计数、骨髓巨核细胞计数及分类、脾脏病理切片等方面分别考察紫癜颗粒原方与核心方同中西药对照药的差异,并考察两方之间的差异。实验证明紫癜颗粒原方及核心方能明显提升ITP小鼠血小板、促进骨髓成熟分化、抑制骨髓增生活跃;紫癜颗粒原方与核心方同已上市的中西对照药比较疗效相同,核心方可以代替原方继续开发。In this experiment peripheral PLT was counted, marrow megacaryocyte was counted and differentially counted, spleen pathological section was observed, which aim to explore the differences between Purpura granula and its basic prescription in major pharmacodymics. It has been verified that both Purpura granula and its basic prescription could elevate PLT, improve marrow maturation, and inhibit active hyperplasia in ITP mice. They have the same effects with Chinese and west controlled medicine which had gone on the market. And Purpura granula basic prescription could replace Purpura granula to be researched for new drag exploitation.
