摘  要:开发了一种耐中性盐雾试验600h,大批量生产的工件耐盐雾试验150h以上的盐浴氮碳共渗加后氧化新技术。研究了一种使用温度为460—520℃的低温盐浴氮碳共渗工艺。分析了低温盐浴氮碳共渗工艺所获渗层的金相组织及硬度。与传统的570℃处理的盐浴氮碳共渗层的表面硬度、耐磨性及耐腐蚀性进行了对比。为广大热处理企业提供了两种新的处理工艺。A new process of nitrocarburizing on salt bath and cooling in the oxidizing bath was developed. The treated sample have an excellent corrosion resistance. The salt- water spray test shows that no corro- sion occurred during the duration of the test , which was terminated after 600 h. The time of salt - water spray test is longer than 150 h for the components treated by nitrocarburizing and colded in the oxidizing bath in batches. A low temperature nitrocarburizing process on salt bath was realized, the nitrocarburizing process was carried out at 460 - 520 'E. The hardness and microstructure of the treated parts were checked. A comparison of surface hardness and wear resistance as well as corrosion resistance of the specimens after the nitrocarburizing at low temperature and the traditional nitrocarburizing at 570 ℃ was presented. Two types of new surface treatment processes can be selected by many heat treatment factories.
