摘　　要：介绍了某家电零件薄板小孔冲孔翻边复合模的工艺分析、模具设计过程及模具制造特点。经生产验证,该模具结构可靠,生产的产品质量稳定,为企业创造了可观的经济效益,并在其它产品开发中得到推广应用。The process analysis and die design and manufacture characteristics of punching little hole and flanging compound die for the thin plate were introduced, production proved that its structure was reliable and the product quality was good, Considerable economic benefit had been obtained. The technology had been widely used in the other products development.
