空调顶盖体冲压工艺改进及复合模设计

摘　　要：在分析和研究了空调顶盖体零件原有的冲压工艺后,提出了3种冲压工艺改进方案。在详细分析比较各个工艺改进方案后,选择了一种复合模的工艺方案。该工艺方案极大地提高了企业顶盖体钣金零件的生产效率,并对盒形零件的冲压生产有非常好的参考作用。Through analysis and research on the old stamping technology of air-conditioner part, three kinds of stamping technology methods were introduced in the article. The compound die was selected by analyzing and comparing these methods, improved the productive efficiency, and had a very good reference to other box-part stamping.
