摘  要:采用电沉积法制备了Ni-Fe-W-SiC纳米复合镀层,研究了镀液中SiC含量对镀层中SiC含量的影响,采用显微硬度计测试了镀层的硬度,对镀层进行了磨损试验比较。结果表明,镀层中SiC含量随着镀液中SiC含量增加先增加、后减少;镀层硬度随着镀层中SiC含量增加而增强;耐磨性能随着镀层中SiC含量增加而加强,镀层磨损机制相应由剥落磨损向颗粒磨损转化。Ni-Fe-W-SiC composite coatings were electrodeposited. The effect of SiC in bath on the SiC content in the deposits was studied. Hardness of the deposits was measured, along with a comparative study of abrasion experiments between different deposits. The results showed that with the increase of SiC concentration in bath, content of SiC in deposits increased first, and then decreased. With the increase of SiC content in the deposits, the hardness and wear resistance of the deposits were improved. With the increase of SiC content in the deposits, the abrasion mechanism transformed from peeling to hard particles abrasion.
