线材热镀锌及Galfan设备及技术的发展和展望

摘　　要：金属热镀锌及锌铝合金是其增加材料抗腐蚀性能、提高材料自身保护的一种实用手段。实现线材在热镀锌过程中作业的连续化、控制的智能化意义重大。根据当前国内外在热镀锌和锌铝合金领域的最新动态,结合实际生产中的具体情况,对线材连续热镀锌及锌铝合金生产中的关键设备和技术应用情况进行了系统阐述,并对线材在热浸镀领域的发展方向进行了展望。Hot - dip galvanizing and Zn - Al alloy is a useful method to a-chieve protection against metallic corrosion and improve self- protection. For wire products, it is very interesting to realize continuous operations and intelligent control in the hot - dip galvanizing process. Based on the current state of affairs at home and abroad in the area of Zn - Al alloy hot - dip galvanizing and the latest developments in light of the actual production of specific circumstances, the key equipment and technology in the production of continuous hot-dip galvanizing and Zn-Al alloy, and also the developing direction of wires in the area of hop-dip are reviewed.
