摘  要:从造纸黑液中提取木质素,与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺接枝共聚,得到三元共聚物HGL—Z。采用静态挂片法和电化学方法研究了HGL-Z的缓蚀性能。结果表明:HGL-Z在10%HCl体系中不同温度范围内均有很好的缓蚀效果,在80℃时,最高缓蚀率达到95.55%,在25~80℃内,缓蚀剂分子在A3钢表面的吸附符合Temkin吸附等温式。由吸附自由能(-△Gads)计算得知,缓蚀剂分子在金属表面的吸附是化学吸附,也证实了温度提高,缓蚀剂分子的吸附能力降低。The HGL-Z terpolymer had been obtained by grafting copolymeri-zation of both dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride ( DMDAAC) and acrylamide (AM) onto the lignin from treating paper- pulping black liquor in acidification. The corrosion inhibition properties of the terpolymer were tested. The results showed that the corrosion inhibition percentage was over 95% in the 10% HC1 solution at 25 - 80 ℃. The adsorption of HGL-Z followed Temkin isotherm at 25 - 80 ℃. The HGL- Z adsorption on the steel surface was confirmed as a chemisorption, and the absorption capability was in inverse proportion to temperature according to - ΔGads.
