摘　　要：利用不平衡报价对FIDIC合同中工程单价进行调整,可以增加投标人的中标概率;分析了非线性求最优的方法,找出时效最大点,可优选出最大资金净现值方案,为实际应用提供参考.The unbalanced quoted price can be used to adjust the unit price in contracts compiled based on the FIDIC, which can increase the probability of winning bids. The method that the nonlinear model is used to get the optimal solution is analyze to discover the effective spot, and the project is selected when the FNPV is greatest.
