摘  要:以返回式卫星搭载花生品种粤油7号种子为材料,经过3年地面种植和选择,获得21个变异株系。选用110对SSR引物对21个变异株系进行SSR多态性分析,有5对引物的扩增在变异株系与对照品种之间表现出多态性。说明太空能够诱导花生种子发生基因变异,空间诱变可作为花生种质资源创新和品种选育的方法之一。The seeds of a peanut variety, Yueyou No. 7, were carried into outer space by a recoverable satellite in 2003. The seeds were grown and screened for mutants. 21 mutant lines were obtained. SSR (simple sequences repeat ) analysis was performed between these mutant lines and its original variety. Total 110 pairs of primers were screened, 5 of them amplified polymorphic products. The contrast between 21 mutant lines and the original variety showed polymorphism in their SSR pattern. These results indicated that the outer space mutation would be an effective method to develop new peanut germplasm.
