摘　　要：目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定安乐片中大黄素的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱(200m m×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85∶15),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为25℃。结果大黄素进样量线性范围为0.03204～0.3204μg(r=0.9994),加样回收率为98.74%,RSD=1.80%(n=6)。结论RP-HPLC法测定安乐片中大黄素含量,方法准确、操作简便、结果可靠。Objective To determine the content of emodin in Anle Tablet by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography（RP- HPLC）. Methods Hypersil BDS Cts（200 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm） column was used. The mobile phase was methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid （85 ： 15）. The detecting wavelength was 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 25℃. External standard method was employed. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.03204 - 0.3204μg（ r = 0.9994 ）. The average recovery rate was 98.74%, RSD = 1.80% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
