摘　　要：要发展现代农业,必须以农业高新技术改造传统农业。如何运用知识产权保护农业技术创新,促进农业现代化是今后提升我国农业技术创新、可持续发展的重要问题。分析了我国农业知识产权保护现状和问题,阐述了农业知识产权保护对发展现代农业的重要性,并提出加强知识产权保护工作,促进现代农业发展的几点建议。Renovating traditional agricultural with agricultural high technology is vital to develop modem agriculture. How to protect agricultural technological renovation with intellectual property and promote the development of modern agriculture is an important issue for the upgrading of agricultural technological renovation and sustainable development. The paper analyzes the reality of and problems in protecting agricultural intellec- tua! property, explains the importance of protecting agricultural intellectual property for developing modem agriculture, and proposes some suggestions on strengthening the protection of intellectual property and promoting the development of modem agriculture.
