摘　　要：在深入应用RS和GIS支持下城镇土地定级信息系统后,采用理论与实际相结合方法,对城镇土地定级信息系统关键性技术进行研究,主要包括遥感技术应用、数据库建立与管理、土地定级因素空间分析和土地定级单元分计算等,并对上述关键性技术存在的问题进行分析以及提出解决问题的基本思路,为城镇土地定级信息系统开发研制提供参考。Combining theory and practice, the paper studies the key techniques in the grading system of township land including remote sensing application, the establishment and management of database, space analysis of land grading and calculation of land grading unit, analyzes problems found in these key techniques and proposes some solutions hoping to provide some reference on developing information systems to grade township land.
