白三叶草花挥发性成分的GC-MS分析

摘　　要：摘要采用常规水蒸汽蒸馏法提取出白三叶草花精油,经气相色谱—质谱联机分析,分离出40多个峰,鉴定出34种化合物,主要是丁香酚、苯乙醇、反-紫罗兰酮、金合欢醇,占总峰面积的91%.The essential oil in white clover is exctract by distillation approaches. The oil obtained is dried with anhynesium sulfate. According to the analysis of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,more than 40 peaks are separated and 34 compounds are identified. The identified constituents represent 91% of the peak of the essential iol. The main compounds are Eugenol, Phenlethyl Alcohol, trans-Ionone, Farnesol, etc.
