摘  要:采用复乳法制备聚乙烯醇修饰的包封果酸的脂质体。研究了乳化温度、乳化时间、聚乙烯醇的浓度以及溶剂去除温度对脂质体包封率的影响,探讨了提高包封率的方法。实验结果表明,在25℃下,ρ(PVA)=3 g.L-1,初乳乳化7 min,复乳乳化15 min,并且溶剂在25℃下去除有利于提高脂质体的包封率,经实验条件优化后得脂质体的包封率为58.32%。Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) modified liposome capsulated a - hydroxy acid was prepared by double emulsion method. Effects of emulsifying temperature, emulsifying time, concentration of PVA and desolventizing temperature on the degree of capsulation as well as the method for improving the degree of capsulation were studied. Experimental results showed that under emulsion temperature 25 ℃, PVA concentration 3 g/L, first step emulsifying time 7 min, second step emulsifying time 15 min and desolventizing temperature 25 ℃, the optimized degree of capsulation can achieve 58.32%.
