摘 要:为了研究激光熔覆过程中产生边缘塌陷问题的原因并且找到具有较强可操作性的解决方法,采用对激光熔覆过程的温度场进行数值计算的方法,分析得到边缘塌陷问题主要是由于激光熔覆过程中边缘地带温度过于集中所造成;在分析结果的基础上,以样块为实验对象,提出了解决此问题的基本方法;最后将此方法应用于齿面激光熔覆的实际中,并根据齿面激光熔覆的特殊情况对此方法进行了改进和完善,取得了较为令人满意的结果。结果表明,此方法可以较好地解决齿面激光熔覆的边缘塌陷问题,而且具有较强的可操作性。Collapsing of the edges is one of the most important problems in laser-cladding process. The objective is to find the reason and how to solve it. At first, an analytical model was established and the temperature field in the laser-cladding was calculated. After analyzing the calculation resuhs, it was found that the centralization of heat energy at edges was the main reason of edge collapse. Based on experiments, how to solve the edge collapse was found. Finally, this method was applied to lasercladding on tooth surface and amelioration was achieved on the tooth surface. The results of the experiments prove that this method is valuable and reliable.
