摘 要:为了达到提高高功率TEA CO2激光器充电电源控制器适应性和可靠性的目的,采用了对电源使用DSP芯片全数字控制,对电源串联谐振回路的谐振周期使用比较捕获实时跟踪的方法。与并和采样计算方式对比,在谐振电流信号较强、信噪比较高时,两种方式均能在3个开关周期内跟踪到谐振周期,但当谐振电流信号较弱、信噪比不高时,采样计算方式不能实现准确跟踪。结果表明,比较捕获方式是一种较好的保证串联谐振回路零电流开关的跟踪方法。Fully digital control implemented by DSP for the capacitor charging power supply of TEA CO2 laser was studied in order to improve its applicability and reliability. A real-time resonant period tracking scheme of " comparing-capture" was proposed, based on which comparing studies was conducted with the scheme of " sampling-calculation". Both of them can complete the tracking in 3 switching periods when the resonant current is strong and the signal noise ratio (SNR) is high, but the "sampling-calculation" scheme can not realize tracking when the resonant current is weak or the SNR is low. These experimental results and its insensibility to the waveform distortion of resonance current show that the "comparing-capture" scheme is a better tracking scheme to ensure the zero-current-switching of serial resonant circuit.
