消瘤平的急性毒性及抗肿瘤活性的实验研究

摘  要:目的:观察消瘤平的毒性及抗肿瘤活性的作用。方法:先以少数(10只)动物做实验,以获得粗略的LD50和LD100,然后在此剂量范围内,取体重18~22g小鼠50只,按等比级数分成5组,每组10只,雌雄各半。结果:以t检验比较消痛平组与对照组的差异,消瘤平组与环磷酰胺(CTX)组的差异无显著性(P〉0.05),但环磷酰胺(CTX)组的毒性远大于消瘤平组,消瘤平LD50=3134~4509mg/kg,CTXLD50=580~780mg/kg。结论:消瘤平对肿瘤有明显的抑制作用,是一种发展前景较好的抗癌药。Objective: To investigate the toxicity and anti-tumor activity of xiaoliuping. Methods: 10 mice were used in the first experiment to obtain the rough LD50 and LDl00, and then 50 mice selected in accordance with body weight of 18 -22g were equally divided into 5 groups (half and half in sex in each group). Results: Differences between daministration group and control group and between xiaoliupiug group and CTX group were unremarkable (P〉0. 05), but the toxicity in CTX group exceed that in xiaoliuping group(xiaoliuliug LD50 = 3134 - 4509mg/kg, CTX LD50 = 580 780mg/kg). Conclusion:Xiaoliuping shows distinct inhibitory effect on tumour. So it is a king of anticarcinogen with good prospects.
