消瘤平的急性毒性及抗肿瘤活性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的：观察消瘤平的毒性及抗肿瘤活性的作用。方法：先以少数（10只）动物做实验，以获得粗略的LD50和LD100，然后在此剂量范围内，取体重18～22g小鼠50只，按等比级数分成5组，每组10只，雌雄各半。结果：以t检验比较消痛平组与对照组的差异，消瘤平组与环磷酰胺（CTX）组的差异无显著性（P〉0.05），但环磷酰胺（CTX）组的毒性远大于消瘤平组，消瘤平LD50=3134～4509mg/kg，CTXLD50=580～780mg/kg。结论：消瘤平对肿瘤有明显的抑制作用，是一种发展前景较好的抗癌药。Objective： To investigate the toxicity and anti-tumor activity of xiaoliuping. Methods： 10 mice were used in the first experiment to obtain the rough LD50 and LDl00, and then 50 mice selected in accordance with body weight of 18 -22g were equally divided into 5 groups （half and half in sex in each group）. Results： Differences between daministration group and control group and between xiaoliupiug group and CTX group were unremarkable （P〉0. 05）, but the toxicity in CTX group exceed that in xiaoliuping group（xiaoliuliug LD50 = 3134 - 4509mg/kg, CTX LD50 = 580 780mg/kg）. Conclusion：Xiaoliuping shows distinct inhibitory effect on tumour. So it is a king of anticarcinogen with good prospects.
