摘 要:以总磷、溶解性总磷、正磷酸盐含量等3个指标研究了物理扰动、微生物活性、温度和培养时间等4种环境因素对富营养化河道底泥磷释放的影响。结果表明,环境因素对水体总磷变化的影响效果明显,而对另外两种形态的磷影响较小。对各种处理及其交互作用的差异显著性分析表明,4种环境因素对底泥磷释放影响作用的大小依次为:物理扰动、培养时间、微生物活性、温度,温度主要通过影响微生物活性间接作用于底泥磷释放过程。The effects of environmental factors, such as physical perturbing, microbial activity, temperature and incubation time, on phosphorus release from the sediments of eutrophic rivers were studied. Total phosphorus (TP), dissolved total phosphorus (TDP) and solved orthophosphorus (SRP) as the indicators were used. The results showed that environmental factors had distinct impacts on the release of total phosphorus into water, while they had less effects on other two indicators. Furthermore, the research on the crossed effects of different factors showed that the impacts of environmental factors on the release intensity could be described from strong to weak: physical perturbi perature. It also showed that temperature had from sediments through changing the microbia ng, incubation time, microbial activity, ternindirect effects on the release of phosphorus 1 activity.
