曼地亚红豆杉在昆明地区的引种成效及其扦插繁育技术研究

摘　　要：从2002年起对四川引进的曼地亚红豆杉进行了5年的引种试验,结果表明:曼地亚红豆杉(扦插苗)在云南昆明地区比云南红豆杉(扦插苗)具有良好的适应性、生长势和较高的紫杉醇含量。4年生植株平均高度为143 cm,单株生物量平均重1 122 g,紫杉醇含量达0.022%。因此昆明地区引种曼地亚红豆杉是可行的,并有一定的发展潜力。Introduced from Sichuan, Taxus media cultivation experiment has been conducted for 5 years since 2002. The study results implied that compared with the cuttings of T. yunnanensis, cuttings of T. media had better adaptability, growth vigour, and high content of taxol. The average height and biomass of four years old cuttings are 143 cm and 1122 g respectively. The content of taxol attains 0. 022 %. It is summarized that it is feasible to introduce T. media in Kunming area, and with good development potential.
