摘  要:通过对南水北调东线第一期工程淮安四站输水河道穿湖段工程优化实施方案的分析,提出在湖泊中建设水利工程需注意的施工工期、施工风险、实施方案、投资控制等问题,对今后类似工程的设计和施工可以起到参考和借鉴作用。The article analyzes the implementation scheme of The Huairan No, 4 pumping station and its water transferring canal on many aspects such as the river-lake connection scheme, scheme optimization on construction, risk controlling during construction, structure of spillage weir, general layout, etc. Also points out the problems that must be paid attention during the implementation of hydraulic structures such as construction period, construction risk, implementation scheme, cost controlling, etc, which can be the guidance for future design and implementation on similar projects,
