摘　　要：水资源系统网络概化图绘制是进行水资源调配研究的重要基础,而利用GIS技术进行水资源系统网络图绘制是发展方向。从阐述目前水资源调配中网络概化图绘制过程中的问题着手,介绍了基于SuperMapObjects的GIS平台的水资源系统网络概化图软件开发技术,实现的功能和工作流程等,并利用该软件完成了黑河流域水资源调配中系统网络概化图的制作。Conceptual water resources system net diagram is the base of research of water resources allocation. Drawing the diagram with GIS technology is the development direction of making it. Oriented the problems in the conventional diagram drawing methods, this paper proposed the development technology, functions implemented and workflow of the drawing software of water resources system net diagram on GIS platform based on SuperMap Objects. The software has been applied to draw the conceptual water resources system net diagram of Heihe River Basin.
