摘  要:在封闭静水式条件下,苯乙烯对小新月菱形藻和扁藻的96hEC50分别为8.96mg/L和5.94mg/L。苯乙烯对甲壳动物和鱼类的实验采取开放静水式方法。中国对虾仔虾和中华绒螯蟹幼蟹的96hLC50分别为7.96mg/L和72.77mg/L,牙鲆的96hLC50为18.55mg/L。按新化学物质危害评估导则中的分级标准,苯乙烯对两种实验藻和中国对虾的毒性属高毒性,对中华绒螯蟹和牙鲆具有中毒性。计算出苯乙烯的无影响阈值(ENEV)为0.594mg/L,可以为制定苯乙烯的水生生物安全阈值提供参考。The present paper is concerned with our experimental observation and testing with the toxic effects of styrene on a few aquatic organisms in attempting to gain the definite data to determine the safety tolerance for the organisms. For this purpose, we have chosen two marine algae, two kinds of shellfish and a kind of fish as testing subjects. The algae and the other organisms were then tested and examined in a sealed, static system, while the shellfish and fish were done in an open air in a static condition. The experimental testing results of ours prove that the sensitivities of various organisms to styrene can be illustrated in the following way: Platymonas sp. 〉 Penaeus chinensis 〉 Nitzschia closterium f. minutissma 〉 Paralichthys olivaceus 〉 Eriocheir sinensis. As for the green algae, Platymonas sp., 96 h EC50 = 5.94 mg/L, but for the diatom N. closterium, 96 h EC50 = 8.96 mg/L. And, when P. chinensis is concerened, 96 h LC50 = 7.96 mg/L. So far as E. sinensis is concerned, 96 h LC50 = 72.77 mg/L. However, for P. olivaceus, 96 h LC50 results in only 18.55 mg/L. In conformity to the grade criteria stated in 'The guidelines for the hazard evaluation of new chemical substances' , styrene can thus be alleged to be highly toxic to the two species of algae, with P. chinensis standing between 1 and 10 mg/L for their LC50 or EC50 values. And, with LC50 values between 10 and 100 mg/L, E. sinensis and P. olivaeeus can be said moderately toxic. Based on the 96 h EC50 of Platymonas sp. , which is regarded as the most sensitive species of the tested organisms, the ENEV (Estimated No-Effects Value) of styrene can thus be calculated as 0.594 mg/L. Therefore, the safety toxic tolerance for the aquatic organisms to it should be strictly controlled below 0.594 mg/L.
