摘  要:根据涕灭威农药恶臭废水的特点,依据资源化治理的思路,对废水采用了物理化学和生物处理相结合的治理方法。治理工艺路线如下:废水先通过盐酸酸化,可回收H2S、CH3SH,然后通过Cl2氧化和铁炭法进一步预处理来提高其可生化性,最后进入生化处理设施。涕灭威农药废水经资源化治理和Cl2氧化、铁炭预处理后,小试和中试过程中,COD平均去除率分别为90.7%与87.3%,BOD5/COD分别从0上升到0.38与0.31,废水的可生化性能得到了很好的改善,解决了农药生产有机废水生化处理存在的可生化性差的问题。生化出水COD达到国家污水综合排放标准GB8978—1996中的一级标准100mg/L以下。该工艺在华阳集团每天处理10t废水的中试铁炭预处理实验装置中得到应用。This paper intends to introduce the authors' innovative method of waste water recycled use after the production of Aldicarb pesticide. As is known, it has been a serious problem of large amounts of water waste due to the low yield of Aldicarb pesticide production as a fine chemical product. In fact, it is very difficult to achieve desirable emission standard in the process of production due to the heavy contamination of the water used, which makes the enterprises engaged in such pesticides production hardly sustainable. According to the actual features of wastewater left-over by its production, this paper cherishes the idea that wastewater is a kind of priceless material resource, which can potentially be recycled as a new precious energy and material resource and is also expected to achieve highly profitable economic benefits from its reuse. Through repeated experiments, we have worked out a practical method for purifying Aldicarb production sewage as follows: First of all, hydrogchloric acid is added to control pH value in 3 -4, so as to reclaim H2S and CH3SH in it. And, then, increase Alkaline to adjust pH values to 9 - 10. At this moment, the biochemical property of the water can be improved through an 8-hour reaction pretreatment by using Cl2 and iron-carbon, letting it enter into biochemical processing device for further treatment with some other water mixtures, such as fresh water. But its COD concentration has to be controlled at about 900 mg/L, by adjusting itd pH value to 8 -9, letting it enter a well-prepared activated sludge biological treatment device for bio-treatment. Finally, that is, in the last stage, DO control can be done in 2 - 4 mg/L, so that the sludge concentration of 3 g/L can be activated through a hydraulic retention time of 26 h. And, now, the end effluent would be in accord to the state standard discharged reusable water. Thus, it can be seen that this innovated method can be used in the pilot iron-carbon setup to pre-treating 10 t wastewater per day, as is shown in Huayang Group.
