摘　　要：目的:研究影响胆囊炎伴胆囊结石治疗成本的因素,为合理治疗提供依据。方法:采用回顾性方法,收集胆囊炎伴胆囊结石治疗病例的效果和成本数据,并运用两分类Logistic回归对相关因素进行分析。结果与结论:影响胆囊炎伴胆囊结石治疗成本的因素为抗生素使用时间和非抗生素使用品种数,医师在进行该疾病的手术治疗后的抗生素使用上应减少使用时间,并尽量减少非必要的非抗生素品种的使用。OBJECTIVE：To study the influencing factor of costs in the treatment of cholecystitis with cholecystolithiasis so as to provide evidences for rational therapy .METHODS： Therapeutic efficacy and data of treatment costs in the treatment of cholecystitis with cholecystolithiasis were analyzed retrospectively and the related factors were analyzed by binary Logistic regression,RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The influencing factors of costs in the treatment of cholecystitis with cholecystolithiasis were the duration of use of antibiotics and variety of non antibiotics.The used time of antibiotics should be reduced, non antibiotics which was not necessary should not be used as far as possible in the treatment of cholecystitis with cholecystolithiasis.
