摘 要:通过水力学模型实验,研究了中间包内流体流动的特性。实验表明,无控流装置中间包5个流的流动特性一致方面存在严重不足,尤其是近水口流股响应时间极短。设置挡渣堰、V型挡墙及等腰梯形挡墙来控制流体流动的方式,改善流场的分布,尤其是解决了1、5流水口的低温状况。通过实验研究,提出了优化方案。The influence of turbulence inhibitor on flow field in tundish has been studied by water modeling. Results show that the tundish without flow control can not meet the technical requirements for inclusion floatation and consistency of flow characteristics of five strands. Particularly, the inclusions of the strand near the nozzle of ladle almost have no time to float. Turbulence inhibitor with weir and baffle of "V" type and "ladder" type can greatly improve those imperfection, especially, the condition of the low temperature of the first and fifth nozzle. In present study, an optimal proposal is presented through an optimizing study by water modeling.
