摘　　要：对中国、日本和美国社会体育指导员的管理机构、级别划分、分类、课程与培训时数、执照更新方式等方面进行了比较,并对我国社会体育指导员管理的发展提出了建议。Administration system of society sports instructors are compared as viewed from administration organization , scale division, classification, training courses and time, licenses update method among China, Japan and the United States in this paper, and proposals for development of the administration of society physical instructors in China have been offered.
