摘　　要：白彝是凉山彝族传统社会中一个特殊的群体,由于其具有的彝族血统及其被统治的地位,使得其在奴隶阶层中呈现不同的等级及与等级相对的法律地位。以凉山彝族奴隶社会为背景,对白彝的产生、白彝的社会地位及法律地位进行了探讨,从而了解白彝当时社会处境的形成。Bai Yi, a branch of Yi People, is a special group in Liangshan Yi People＇s traditional society. Bai Yi people were divided into different orders in slaves, thus given corresponding legal positions, owing to their Yi decent and state of being governed. This paper analyzes the emergence of Bai Yi＇s, their social and legal position against the background of Liangshan Yi slave society in order to help to comprehend their social situation at that time.
