摘　　要：职业倦怠,是一种缘自心理、由于长期重复同一种机械的工作而导致的心理枯竭、失去激情的现象。通过分析高校图书馆员职业倦怠表现及成因,提出了馆员通过自我潜力激活,走出职业倦怠的对策。Job Burnout is a kind of psychological symptoms defined by emotional exhaustion and loss of enthusiasm owing to the mechanical repetition of the same work during a long time. R The article analyzes the symptoms and cause of the librarian job bumout and proposes that job bumout may be dealt with by activating librarian＇s self-potential.
