参灵固本丸联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药参灵固本丸扶正抗癌作用及联合化疗的临床疗效。方法:随机分治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用参灵固本丸5g,日3次口服,联合CE、FMV、CAF、方案化疗;对照组采用单纯化疗,方案同前。结果:治疗组总有效率为56.13%,对照组为36.6%,治疗组对肿块的缩小,对WBC减少,心脏毒性及呕吐、恶心症状改善明显(P(0.05),生存质量改善明显高于对照组(P(0.05)。结论:参灵固本丸联合化疗临床疗效高于单纯化疗,说明中药具有抑制肿瘤作用,显著的减毒增效作用,同时有效的改善临床症状,延长肿瘤病人的生存期。Objective： To evaluate the Chinese herb Ginseng and Ganoderma Lucidium Essence -Reinforcing Pills＇function of strengthening body resistance and anti - cancer, and its efficacy when combined with chemotherapy. Methods： The patients were randomly enrolled into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was taken with both the pill 5g tid. po. and CE/FMV/CAF chemotherapy. The control group was taken with the same chemotherapy singly. Result： The overall response rate of treatment group was 56.13%, with 36.6% of control group. Tumor contraction, leukopenia, cardiac toxicity, digestive tract reaction and quantity of life between two groups had significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The efficacy of Ginseng and Ganoderma Lucidium Essence - Reinforcing Pills combined with chemotherapy is better than single chemotherapy. The Chinese herb can inhibit the grown of tumor, decrease toxicity, enhance the efficacy, and it also can improve the clinical symptom and prolong the life span.
